Pasture grazed and forest finished with supplemental feed of corn, barley, and hay. The carcass will be scalded, and gutted at our USDA processor then aged for seven days. (Pricing is based on hanging weight). Our pork is know and awarded as one of the best in the country.
Over 100 lbs Whole or Split = $4.00/lb *
49-99 lbs Whole or Spit =$5.00/lb*
25-50 lbs Whole= $7.50/lb*
*A deduction of $0.20 per lbs is available for contract orders and or orders of 400lbs or more.
