  1. Prep the chops:
    Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub each chop with olive oil, then coat both sides with Dizzy Pig BBQ Rub—about ½ teaspoon per side, or more if you like bold flavor.
  2. Heat the grill:
    Preheat your grill, grill pan, or coals to medium-high heat. Brush the grates with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Grill the chops:
    Place pork chops on the grill and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Baste with Glazed and Infused Sauce during the last 2–3 minutes of cooking. Pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  4. Rest & serve:
    Transfer chops to a cutting board and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve with extra Glazed and Infused Sauce on the side for dipping.
